Most of the time I am on my own - icing bag in hand and a deadline to meet! Whilst I do try my best to answer the phone, it’s not always possible. If you would like a quote for custom made biscuits please fill out the order and enquiry form. I will respond by email within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. I get booked up well in advance, so let me know the date you need the biscuits and I will see if I can fit your order in (approximate date is fine). I usually need at least 3-4 weeks notice although, for large or complicated orders please give as much notice as possible.

I can occasionally do last minute requests, so if you have an urgent enquiry, let me know and I’ll see if it’s possible.
