Unfortunately this is not possible. The biscuits take at least two days to make. I can occasionally fit in last minute orders but generally need at least a weeks notice.
-
It’s all done by hand. We need time to work out designs. The royal icing and biscuit dough are made from scratch. Icing the biscuits can't be rushed, each colour has to dry before applying the next and it takes several hours or overnight for the royal icing to dry and harden.

The best before is up to three months but taste best when eaten within a month of delivery.
-
If you are not eating them immediately, it is best to keep them in the packaging which they are delivered in. Please keep them in the cellophane bags in which they arrive in a dry place. Once opened, store them in an airtight container. Please do not store in the fridge as the condensation can sometimes cause the icing colours to bleed and the biscuit base to soften.

Biscuit Base: Wheat flour, unsalted butter, sugar, free range eggs.

The flavour is similar to shortbread.
-
No, sorry, I only do one flavour, similar to shortbread.. very delicious!
-
No, we use "meriwhite" also known as meringue powder which is made from pasteurised egg whites. So quite safe for mums-to-be or young children.
-
Sorry, no. I work from a small kitchen so I'm not able to specifically cater for food allergies or intolerances due to the risk of cross contamination

As standard, each biscuit is individually packed in a cellophane sleeve. If you don't want each biscuit wrapped in cellophane we can pack them in batches in one larger cellophane bag or if you prefer we can use individual paper bags.Ribbon tied bags are extra, as are gift boxes. We have a small selection of gift boxes in stock, which hold a single layer of between 1-6 biscuits. These are white unbranded boxes. If given enough notice we can order in other sized gift boxes. We do not brand gift boxes.

I take great care in protecting the biscuits for transit using foam, bubble wrap and sturdy boxes to prevent breakages. If unfortunately any do arrive broken I will of course do my best to replace them, time permitting.
-
Sometimes I can do less than 30. If you are ordering 30, we can do up to 4 designs in the same colour scheme. If you require a smaller quantity please ask and I'll see if it's possible.
-
Payment is by direct bank transfer or by PayPal. I am not set up to take card payments over the phone. Payment is taken as soon as the design and price has been confirmed. If you are ordering well in advance, for example a wedding I take a 50% deposit and then the rest three weeks before delivery/collection.
-
I work on my own most of the time and often have an icing bag in my hand and a deadline. It’s not always possible to answer the phone. Please email, I always try my best to answer these as soon as possible.
-
Yes of course, it’s a home run business, so just let me know when and I'll have your order ready to pick up.
-
There used to be ‘ready-to-eat’ biscuits as part of our online store however these are no longer available in order to focus on our custom biscuit services.
-
Sorry, no. The reason being is peace of mind for both me and the recipient. It's difficult to track parcels overseas and I can't guarantee that the biscuits won't be damaged in transit.
-
No, sorry
-
No, sorry, not at the moment.
-
No.
If you would like some biscuits made I'll be happy to quote.
-
No, sorry. The biscuit base could probably be made without butter or eggs with a bit of experimenting but I haven't discovered a way of making royal icing without egg whites!
-
Unfortunately, I no longer deliver large quantities of biscuits outside London. Sadly, I've been let down a few times by postal services, who have either not delivered on time or have damaged the biscuits in transit. If you live outside London and would like to arrange your own collection from us in W6, I'm more than happy to accommodate.
-
No, all my biscuits are hand iced, I don't have an edible ink printer or use printed icing sheets. All logos are hand piped in royal icing.
-
I can't "guarantee" it but I always pack them very carefully in bubblewrap and foam to make sure that they survive the journey across London. I've only once had an incident of broken biscuits in ten years of using our preferred same day courier. If by chance they do get broken I'll do my best to replace them time permitting.
